Description

Southeast Financial Center is comprised of two buildings —the 55-story office tower and a 15 story annex building, named The Cube. The tower contains 1,225,000 square feet of Class A office space. The Cube is a total of 45,000 s.f. and includes a 21,071 s.f. Health Club, 11,228 s.f. of Service Retail, 12 floors of parking with 1,121 parking spaces, and the project's Central Plant. The tower and The Cube are connected by an elevated covered walkway. The project also features a 30,000 square foot outdoor plaza landscaped with trees and a variety of native plant material. A steel bridge attached 150' feet from the ground provides a unique architectural connection between the two structures.

The tower is distinguished by its striking "saw-tooth" design on the northeast corner of the façade. This feature provides up to 16 corner offices per floor and highly efficient floor plates averaging 22,000 s.f. of net rentable area. A "V-notch" in the middle of the west face of the tower runs the entire height of and is highlighted at night.

With two points of ingress and egress for the parking garage, tenants and guests may elect to take SE 3rd Street to Biscayne Boulevard north, Wynwood, Midtown, Design District and Miami Beach or SE 2nd Street with two alternative ramps to I-95 within two blocks.
