Lee specializes in Greater Los Angeles from Santa Monica to Downtown. Lee has extensive experience assisting office and retail owners and developers, with the design, leasing, and repositioning of their properties, and has long-term relationships with institutional owners throughout Los Angeles County. Prior to joining Kennedy Wilson, Lee served as Senior Managing Director at Charles Dunn Company. Over his career, Lee has sold and leased more than $400 million of office buildings, shopping centers and development sites. His success has earned him professional recognition based on superior performance in his field.
