Lisa Shields joined Radius • Hagelis Retail Advisors as a senior associate in 2016 and has been in the commercial real estate industry for over 10 years. Prior to Radius she was an associate at CBRE in Ventura County. Since 2012, Lisa has specialized in the leasing and sale of retail properties, and tenant representation throughout Ventura, Santa Barbara, and San Luis Obispo Counties.

Previously Lisa was an analyst for a subsidiary of General Electric’s Real Estate Asset Management Division, managing the data integrity of their $3 billion portfolio.

A graduate of Stanford University with a degree in International Relations & Spanish, Lisa played for the Stanford women’s soccer team and was recognized as an NCAA Pac-10 All Academic Athlete.

Lisa is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
