Specializing in Commercial real estate, Mo heads the Caskey & Caskey Commercial Real Estate division at Strand Hill Properties, Christie's International Real Estate. His extensive knowledge of the commercial real estate industry is focused here in the South Bay, but extends well beyond, reaching as far north as Santa Monica and southwards into Long Beach. Mo is a top producer on the Caskey & Caskey team and is well known throughout the local real estate community for his reliable insight into the commercial markets. Starting at UCLA and then a graduate of SJSU, Mo first began his career in the aerospace industry. He has carried his commitment to client satisfaction through to his successful real estate career, where his clients depend on him for consistent communication of market changes and their effects on their real estate portfolios.
Mo currently serves as the Commercial Committee Chairperson at the South Bay Association of Realtors, and has been named Commercial Realtor of the Year.
