Beth Vantosh has been in the commercial real estate industry for 13 years and previously was co-broker/owner of Vantosh Realty LLC for over 6 years. Her impressive client list grew rapidly in that time and she was responsible for over $20 million in sales. Clients have included but not limited to Victory Drive Shopping Center, K & G/ Mens Warehouse, ECI, Savannah Marble, Dr. Dudley Stone/Coastal Pediatrics, Rody’s Music, Velocity Works, Hertz Car Rental, Lulu’s Chocolate Bar, AT&T, GE Aviation, Jamestown Properties, City of Savannah and Regions Bank.

Prior to Vantosh Realty LLC, Ms. Vantosh lived New York, NY, where she was the Associate Director of Leasing for Murray Hill Properties for over three years. She assisted such clients as Blockbuster Video/Viacom, Goliath Artists/Shady Records, Tides Foundation, Stuart Weitzman, Mixed up Mosaics, and Fortis Health Benefits.

Vantosh also brings experience as a business owner that helps her understand her commercial real estate clients’ needs. She owned Vantosh Design and Details in Atlanta for three years where she established a successful, award-winning retail company that was voted one of “Buckhead’s Top Five Retailers” in 1997 – Atlanta Journal Constitution and also “Hippest Furniture and Accessories” in 1996 and 1997 – Atlanta Magazine.

Ms.Vantosh is an active member of the Savannah Board of Realtors, Georgia Board of Realtors and JEA Savannah. She is a licensed real estate agent for Georgia and New York. She has served as chairperson for the Savannah Jewish Film Festival and also on the Allocation Board in 2008-2009 for the Savannah Jewish Federation. She also spends time as a volunteer for CASA.
